Is $24,000 AUS too much for a 6mtr x 4.2 mtr extension ?

I'm hoping someone might have had similar work carried out recently, this all timber weather board extension onto an existing

home, 2 fascia boards and eaves to be removed, allowing 2 roof hip areas to connect the new extension, a cement tiled roof, timber stumps, on level ground, one fairly large Alum window supplied by me to be fitted, and of course the usual flooring, new matching weatherboards, plaster, 2 power points

I Don't Know Mate, Get A Couple Of Quotes But Above All Else Make Sure Whoever You Get To Do The Work Puts All The Figures In Writing And Any Over Spend Is Down To Them Unless Agreed With You Beforehand.
