I have downloaded a video with the extension ".mvs.ts.2ba" , how can I play it ??

hmm ..i too have a file named re3.mvs.ts.2ba ..tryed to change the Extension to .AVI or .MPG but no luck...seems there are many more files on the net....does any one know how to ???
I too tried everything dont seem to b reaching anywhere!!!
