Is there a Firefox extension for a simple browser window password protection screen?

It doesn't have to be insanely secure, as I'm only seeking privacy from my myspace-mongering sister and my tech-illiterate mother, but..

What I'm looking for is something along the lines of this.

You can choose to open a new window or new tab with password-protection. The password is something you can set from inside preferences. Every time the window or tab is out of focus for 1 minute or more, the screen fills with black and an "Enter Password" dialog appears.. I think it can probably be done through JavaScript, but the ability to open specific windows with/without something like that would have to be a firefox extension.

Also, if anyone knows how to make sure that the files of one user account in XP Pro absolutely cannot be viewed, modified, or even seen by the other users on the computer, please tell me. I have some privacy issues lately and I need to keep the family out of my stuff!

You want to turn on the screen saver!!! and set it up to require a password, and set it to 5 minutes idle... all built in to all the big O/S's

and when you are done using the 'puter... you log off... and they log on!

and set up the accounts for the family members yourself! that way they won't be admins(busybodies)! You can log in as mom, and see that she can't see your private files!
