How can I open a file with the extension .rge ?

I have a program that has some weird files in it like .dat .ocx .

I've searched the web for .rge extension and all I could find is that it's a Mac file extension , but this program runs on windows . Also when I try to PrintScreen or use shotcut keys Ctrl+C F1... F10 while the program is running it doesn't work anywhere in windows

Help...I tried to understand how the program works in assembly

but the .exe is to big and I have no idee where to start..
